I was really shocked that time!! and she's so cute!!

Sandara Park
(Korean: 박산다라, Hanja: 朴-, born November 12, 1984 in Busan, South Korea) is a Korean who once starred in movies and television shows in the Philippines. Her unusual three-syllable Korean name, which she has talked about numerous times during interviews, comes from that of a Korean general, Kim Yushin - whose childhood name was "Sandara (산다라)."[citation needed] Sandara Park made her debut in 2004 with ABS-CBN's Star Circle Quest.

Early life
Sandara was born to affluent Korean parents. However, by the time Sandara was 8-years-old, her father's relatives placed him in a financially tight spot which then crippled his business. In hope of recovering from this strain, Sandara's father tried his luck in the Philippines. He settled in a small apartment in Pasay City, and started a business. Sandara and her family remained at her grandmother's house in South Korea for some time until her father finally had enough money to relocate them to the Philippines.

Sandara enrolled in voice lessons at the Center for Pop Music in the early 2000s. Initially, no one in their family was fluent in English or Tagalog. However, she learned English when she began school in the Philippines, and later became quite fluent in Tagalog.

Star Status Established
ABS-CBN showered Park with projects after her Star Circle Quest days. She had six local commercial endorsements for personal care and food products. She also received several television show offers. She starred in a youth-oriented program SCQ Reload, OK Ako , and hosted Sandara's Romance, a show featuring Korean dramas and commentary. She also had a hosting stint on ASAP Fanatic, a Sunday noontime teen variety show. She also appeared in a local daily primetime superhero soap opera, Krystala, as Kim, who shared similarities with her real-life self, but her tight schedule limited her appearances.

In addition, Sandara also embarked on a musical career that eventually led to the release of her self-titled 6-track album which spawned the novelty dance hits "In Or Out," a song that parodied her experiences on Star Circle Quest, and "Walang Sabit," the jingle for Rejoice Shampoo. As proof of Sandara's rapid rising-star status, the album was certified double platinum after 6 months.

Sandara also appeared in four movies. Her first was a three-storyline movie called Bcuz of U in which she co-starred with other prominent young local actors. Her second movie was with her loveteam partner, Hero Angeles, Can This Be Love, which grossed P 99,000,000. Her third movie was with her ex-boyfriend,Joseph Bitangcol, D' Lucky Ones. Her fourth movie was Super Noypi.Super Noypi is a Filipino fantasy film. It is also an official entry to 32nd Metro Manila Film Festival.

Sandara left the Philippines and returned to South Korea on August 1, 2007 [1] with her mother and siblings to begin a new life. The next day, August 2, 2007, YG Entertainment reported that they had signed a contract with Sandara[2]. As a new member of the YG family, she joined popular Korean artists and bands such as Se7en, JINUSEAN, LEXY, and 1TYM. Sandara has already appeared in a Gummy MV for a song entitled "I'm Sorry" as a partner with T.O.P., a member of the group Big Bang. Sandara has debuted along with CL, Park Bom, and Gong Minji in May, 2009 as part of YG's female group 2NE1. Recently, 2NE1 released the music video of their debut song "Fire."

Am in the middle of doing Romeo and Juliet now・・・
I gained 4 kilos.


Because of that, now I’m doing a diet! I’m living balancing salads and heated vegetables.
I think that health for sure, has to be preserved.

Now, I’m inmensely happy.
Because I’m able to live with such a wonderful cast and staff.

After the play is finished, there's a person who lifts the tempo of the conversation, that's a good guy, things like that; also, I receive various advices. That’s really fun and pleasant.
Everyone treats the two of us dearly and teach us various things.
As the play is not the same everyday, every time, every time, I get nervous and excited.

Because when I come back home and eat meals alone I feel lonely

ABOUT THE PLAY....

Ueda-kun as 'Romeo'

As far as Johnny's artists go, Ueda will be the second to take on the role of Romeo, after Noriyuki Higashiyama did it in 2004.

His Juliet will be played by Ryoko Kobayashi, who recently gained attention for her role in the drama series "Maou." Other cast members include actor Jun Hasegawa and Shoon Yamashita.

Performances will be held at The Globe Tokyo from March 3 to March 29, followed by a run at Osaka's Sankei Hall Breeze from April 2 to April 5.

ABOUT THE MOVIE....
The popular drama series "Gokusen" is getting a movie version this summer. After three highly-rated seasons, the film will be the last time that lead actress Yukie Nakama plays the role of the teacher Yankumi.

The third season of "Gokusen" aired last spring and ended with a successful 22.8% average rating. The movie takes place after the graduation of that season's third-year class, which includes students played by Yuya Takaki and Haruma Miura. The story is related to a special episode airing on March 28 that deals with a big confrontation between the third-year students and the second-year students. In the movie, the same characters are involved again, but the story is set during the following school year.

The leader of the second-year students in the drama special is played by Kis-My-Ft2 member Yuta Tamamori, who has never acted in a television drama before. He will also appear in the movie.

NTV's Toya Sato, who worked on the dramas, is directing. The film is scheduled to open in July.


ABOUT KAME-KUN'S DEBUT ON BIG SCREEN....



Kazuya Kamenashi is making his big screen debut in the upcoming "Gokusen" movie, it was announced on Wednesday. Kamenashi previously co-starred with Yukie Nakama in the second season of the television drama in 2005.

In the drama, Kamenashi played the role of Ryu Odagiri, the delinquent leader of Class 3D. Now, Odagiri is returning four years later as a teacher in training, teaming up with his former teacher "Yankumi" (Nakama).

The movie's cast also features students from the show's third season and subsequent special, including Yuya Takaki, Haruma Miura, and Yuta Tamamori. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 11.

When I heard Nakamaru was starring a drama, honestly, I also felt worried.

Ueda is good at making something into his own.
Romeo and Juliet is a work I like, I was wondering how’d Ueda perform, with half expectation and half worry, I went to see it.
If you are asked “Romeo?”, then you are not Romeo. (Laugh)

Ueda Tatsuya’s Romeo is at a height of perfection.
It’s a great stage show.
